We use a wide range of established, robust and proven techniques, including business reviews and process improvement, to advise our clients on many aspects of Rail business, including Operation, Change Management, Managing risk and uncertainty, and Troubleshooting.
We are regularly engaged by our clients to undertake independent reviews and audits of company business processes, and assist them to improve output effectiveness. We are fully conversant with Network Rail’s Product Design for Reliability (DFR) standard NR/L2/RSE/0005 and allied process NR/L2/SIG/10662 for the implementation of new or revised maintenance regimes using Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM). We assist SMEs supplying into Network Rail (NR) in understanding and meeting these recently mandated (2017) stringent Product Acceptance (PA) requirements, intended to integrate proven tools and methodologies into a supplier’s existing design processes to create documented, traceable, controlled evidence of reliability, availability and maintainability.
